Fall 2026

Meditation and Mindful Creativity in Connection with the Natural World

Exploring our Inner and Outer Nature

We live in a time of heightened busyness and stimulus, pulling us out of ourselves and away from nature around and within us.

Let’s pause, and unplug to reconnect - to breath, body, earth, sky, and creative flow.

Begin (or begin again) in a meditation practice with the support of group presence, and guidance on common challenges. We will practice mindfulness in stillness, in movement, and through simple creative exercises that connect our internal experience to mark making and paint flowing. There is no need to be “good at” any of this.

We will have quiet time, exploration time, and connection time in a peaceful space.

Let’s slow down and simply be, together.
